Title:
Approve Anoka County Connectivity Services Agreement for Broadband Services
Background:
This agreement was last presented to the City Council at their regular meeting of March 22, 2011. Since that date, the County Attorney and various city attorneys have reviewed it and are recommending additional amendments. IT Manager Dean Busch is unable to be present at this Council meeting to discuss this; however, City Attorney Goodrich is prepared to advise the City Council of these amendments.
