Resolution and Pay Request is attached.
Recommendation:
The Engineering Technician IV has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC for IP 14-24 Center Street in the amount of $220,640.98.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #15-06-153 authorizing partial payment to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC for IP 14-24 Center Street in the amount of $220,640.98.
