Adopt Resolution #15-06-157 Authorizing Partial Payment to North Valley Inc for IP 14-27; Mississippi River Trail
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Request attached.
Recommendation:
The Engineering Technician IV has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to North Valley, Inc. for IP 14-27; Mississippi River Trail in the amount of $57,029.51.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #15-06-157 authorizing partial payment to North Valley, Inc. for IP 14-27; Mississippi River Trail in the amount of $57,029.51.
