Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Request attached.
Recommendation:
The Engineer Technician IV has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Kuechle Underground Inc. for IP #12-22 Riverdale Drive Reconstruction and Extension in the amount of $329,064.99.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #15-07-186 authorizing partial payment to Kuechle Underground Inc. for IP #12-22 Riverdale Drive Reconstruction and Extension in the amount of $329,064.99.
