Title:
Approve Building Inspection Services Agreement - Contract Renewal
Background:
In 2009, four full time building inspectors and the full time building secretary position were eliminated. At that time, the city entered into an agreement with Inspectron, Inc. to provide building inspection services as needed. As part of the contract language, the current contract commenced January 25, 2010. Since the contract has expired, the revised contract has been written, "This Agreement is effective and shall continue until terminated as provided herein."
Recommendation:
Approve 2011 Building Inspection Services Agreement
