Title
Adopt Resolution #15-09-233 Approving Partial Payment to Brennan Construction of MN, Inc. for IP #14-30 Fire Station #2.
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Requests are Attached.
Recommendation:
BKV Group, Inc., the project manager hired by the City, has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payments to Brennan Construction of MN for IP #14-30, Fire Station #2, in the amounts of $208, 710.25 and $154,726.50 for a total of $363,436.75.
Action:
Motion to Adopt Resolution #15-09-233 Approving Partial Payment to Brennan Construction of MN, Inc. for IP #14-30 Fire Station #2.
