Title
Adopt Resolution #15-10-263 Approving Partial Payment to Brennan Construction of MN, Inc. for IP #14-30 Fire Station #2.
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Requests are Attached.
Recommendation:
BKV Group, Inc., the project manager hired by the City, has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payments to Brennan Construction in the amounts of $160,528.15 and $176,033.10 for a total of $336,561.25. .
Action:
Motion to Adopt Resolution #15-10-263 Approving Partial Payment to Brennan Construction of MN, Inc. for IP #14-30 Fire Station #2.
