Review Update on the City's Potential Future Business Park - Economic Development Analysis
Purpose/Background:
PURPOSE
The purpose of this case is to present the DRAFT Economic Development Analysis to the EDA. Staff is not asking for specific EDA direction as part of this discussion (outside of Q&A, feedback, and suggested amendments). This case will be forwarded to the City Council in February.
After review of the Economic Development Analysis report, Staff will bring back a policy discussion to the EDA and City Council (March). The purpose of said policy discussion is to take action/ provide direction on the future business park. At that time, Staff will be asking for specific direction on various policy items.
