Title:
Review Update on the City's Potential Future Business Park - Economic Development Analysis
Purpose/Background:
PURPOSE
The purpose of this case is to present the DRAFT Economic Development Analysis to the City Council. Staff is not asking for specific Council direction as part of this discussion (outside of Q&A, feedback, and suggested amendments). This case was reviewed by the EDA on 01/07/2016, attached are the meeting minutes.
After review of the Economic Development Analysis report, Staff will bring back a policy discussion to the EDA and City Council (March). The purpose of said policy discussion is to take action/ provide direction on the future business park. At that time, Staff will be asking for specific direction on various policy items.
