Resolution and Pay Request attached.
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to North Valley Inc for IP #14-27; Mississippi River Trail - Riverdale Drive to Armstrong Boulevard in the amount of $59,111.48.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #16-02-034 authorizing partial payment to North Valley Inc for IP 14-27; Mississippi River Trail - Riverdale Drive to Armstrong Boulevard in the amount of $59,111.48.
