Future Business Park Policy Discussion
Purpose/Background:
PURPOSE
The purpose of this case is to review, amend, and make a recommendation to the City Council related to the attached:OUTCOME
Clear policy direction for staff, property owners, prospect businesses/ developers, and taxpayers related to the City's future business park. This direction will put the City in position to move forward with our new business park (policy administration and implementation).
BACKGROUND
Please see attached infrastructure analysis and economic development analysis.
