Adopt Resolution #16-03-055 Authorizing a Bike Trail with the ROW of Hwy #10

_{The purpose of this case is to secure a permit to construct the Mississippi River Trail within the ROW of Hwy #10.  Resolution} #^#16-03-055  _{is required for MnDOT to prepare the actual Limited Use Permit (LUP). The LUP attached, is a draft document to detail what will be contained in Ramsey's LUP. The document language cannot be altered.  The process is as follows:}

 

_{City approves resolution to enter into a LUP with MnDOT.}

_{MnDOT prepares the LUP once the resolution is received.}

_{City signs agreement.}

_{MnDOT signs agreement.
MnDOT approves plans and specs
City issues Invitation to Bid
City Council considers Bids}

 

Approval of Bids for the final phase of the Mississippi River Trail will occur at a later City Council meeting in 2016. Adoption of Resolution #16-03-055 does not authorize funding.
