Title:
Update Regarding Highway 47 Median Modification at 142nd Avenue NW
Purpose/Background:
MNDOT representatives will be at the work session to update the City Council, and answer any questions, regarding the median modification project on Highway 47 at 142nd Avenue in Ramsey. The project will be a significant safety improvement, but also will impact road access and circulation in this area. Construction is anticipated from August-September 2016. MNDOT has provided project notifications to effected businesses and residents. The proposed median modification by MNDOT does not require municipal consent or approval, as it is categorized as a safety project.
