Title:
Oath of Office for a New Commission Member
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To officially welcome and swear-in Colleen Anderson, the new Commission Member on the Environmental Policy Board.
Background: Ms. Anderson is filling a seat left vacant due to a recent resignation on the E.P.B. Staff reached out to both candidates from the recent board and commission recruitment file. One candidate was no longer interested; however, Ms. Colleen Anderson stated she was interested and excited about the opportunity to serve on the E.P.B. Therefore, the City Council approved resolution #16-05-102 on May 24, 2016, appointing Ms. Colleen Anderson to a partial term on the Environmental Policy Board ending March 31, 2018.
