Title
Adopt Resolution #16-08-142 Authorizing Final Payment to Dryden Excavating, Inc. for Inflow & Infiltration Program; IP 16-65
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Request attached.
Observations/Alternatives:
Issuing final payment will be contingent on receipt of the following items from Dryden Excavating, Inc.:
- IC 134 (Contractor’s Withholding Affidavit showing compliance with the provisions of Minnesota Statute 290.92 requiring withholding state income tax)
- Waiver of Mechanic’s Lien Rights (Affidavits that all claims against Dryden Excavating, Inc. by reasons of the contract have been fully paid or satisfactorily secured)
- Consent of Surety to Final Payment (Certification from the contractor’s surety)
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends final payment to Dryden Excavating, Inc. for IP 16-65, Inflow and Infiltration Program in the amount of $71,176.00.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #16-08-142 authorizing partial payment to Dryden Excavating, Inc. for IP 16-65, Inflow and Infiltration Program in the amount of $71,176.00.
