Oath of Office for New Commission Members

The purpose of this presentation is to officially welcome and  swear new Board and Commission members to partial terms on the Park and Recreation Commission and the Planning Commission, as follows:   1) Brandon Sis - Park and Recreation Commission - term ending March 31, 2019 2) Russell Bayer - Park and Recreation Commission - term ending March 31, 2017 3) Bruce Anderson - Planning Commission - term ending March 31, 2020 4) Patrick Surma - Planning Commission - term ending March 31, 2019.   All Board and Commission members will begin their terms in November.

Note:  Periodically partial term appointments will be made mid-year in order to fill any vacancies that have occurred as a result of unexpected resignations. At the time interviews were conducted on September 20, 2016, the City was aware of two resignations, one on the Park and Recreation Commission and one on the Planning Commission.  The City received two additional resignations the week of October 2, 2016, creating a total of 2 openings on the Park and Recreation Commission and two openings on the Planning Commission.
