Title:
Update on Legacy Christian Academy Project
Background:
On December 14, 2010, the City approved the site plan for Legacy Christian Academy. On May 10, 2011, the City approved a revised Development Contract related to the Plat and site plan. Furthermore, a portion of the required improvements are being constructed as part of an assessment project managed by the City. Bids are set to be opened on May 16, which will allow the City to enter final numbers into the Development Contract. The Applicant is proposing to close on purchase of the Subject Property on May 20. Staff anticipates to schedule a case to award a bid for the assessment project on May 31.
Staff will present an update on the findings from the bid openings of the assessment project and forward any necessary amendments to the Development Contract or Assessment Agreement.
