This case is to welcome our newest Charter Commission Member Mr. Jim Bendtsen.  Mr. Bendtsen is replacing Frank Frederick who resigned because he moved from the City of Ramsey.  Mr. Bendtsen will serve out the remainder of Mr. Frederick's term which will expire on December 31, 2012.

Commissioner Harry Niska has been reappointed to a term to expire on December 31, 2014.  Therefore we welcome back Mr. Niska.

We currently have one vacancy on the Commission which occurred when Terri Cleveland resigned.  We continue to try to recruit candidates to fill that position.  As an update: following is the status of the Commission:
