Consider Resident Recommendations for Charter Amendments
Background:
Ramsey resident Patrick E. Surma is proposing certain amendments to the Charter. Attached is a preamble written by Mr. Surma for the Commission’s review. Mr. Surma has been invited to this evening’s Charter Commission meeting to explain his recommended Charter amendments. Staff will make a paper copy of the Charter with areas underlined by Mr. Surma so you will be able to follow along with Mr. Surma's explanation.
