Title:
The COR Land Use/Sub-District Map Exercise
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to work on revisions to The COR Sub-District Map.
Notification:
Notification is not required for this case.
Observations/Alternatives:
The Planning Commission is asked to suggest changes to sub-district boundaries (Master Plan) for The COR. The Planning Commission should utilize feedback from past projects, previous market studies, the October 2016 Market Panel, and the January 24 Joint Work Session with City Council for guidance. This is the second of multiple work sessions the Planning Commission will be able to work through the land use map. Attached are rough sketches of the output from the February 2, 2017 Planning Commission Work Session as well as more detailed concepts based on that discussion.
Funding Source:
This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties.
Recommendation:
No action is being requested. The Planning Commission has not yet begun to work on a revision to the land use map for The COR.
