Title:
Consider Alternative Date for the July Meeting
Background:
The July meeting date falls on July 4 and the city offices are closed due to the Independence Day holiday. The regular July meeting either needs to be rescheduled or canceled. If the meeting is rescheduled, possible dates to consider are June 27 or July 11 (the Mondays before and after the regular meeting date).
Recommendation:
Presently, there are no pressing issues awaiting the Board's action and thus Staff does not believe a July meeting is a necessity.
