Case 1: Resolution to Consider Accepting the Resignation of a Clerk Typist in the Finance Department

Case 2: Resolution to Consider Ending the Probationary Period of the Accountant I
Background:
Case 1: Staff reviewed the case with the Personnel Committee to consider accepting the resignation of Ms. Joan Smith; a Clerk Typist in the Finance Department. Due to current budget constraints staff is not requesting to fill this position at this time.
Case 2: Staff reviewed the case with the Personnel Committee to consider ending the probationary period of the Accountant I; Ms. Cindy Nelson. Administrator Ulrich stated that Ms. Nelson has performed her Accountant I duties well and that she is assuming additional duties as part of the vacancy of the Clerk Typist position; Ms. Nelson will not receive additional compensation for doing so.
