Title:
Consider Architectural Recommendations for Aeon Ramsey Housing Development
Purpose/Background:
In May 2016, the Planning Commission reviewed a concept for a new apartment building to be located in The COR. The City Council entered into a Purchase Agreement with Aeon for a parcel north of The Draw Park and Amphitheater. The project has secured financing, and is about to enter into the design stage. Before design, Staff desires to discuss architecture recommendations, since the project is located in The COR.

Observations/Alternatives:
Attached to the case is the architectural package and COR Design Framework. The project is located within the COR-4c Sub-District (intended for higher density developments/apartments).
Funding Source:
This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties.
Recommendation:
No action is being requested.
Action:
No action is being requested. Staff is seeking general feedback on the architectural package before official design review.
