PURPOSE
Continue discussion regarding the City's strategy for selling city-owned land and marketing The COR. Regarding this case specifically, staff would like to review the attached two "feedback logs" with the EDA, and the attached process outline. Staff would like to forward these documents back to the City Council on 04/25/2017.

CASE TRACKING
This case was brought to the EDA in September of 2016, December of 2016, February of 2017, and March of 2017. This case was brought to the Council in January of 2017. Attached are minutes.
PROCESS
Please see attached process document. The next step is to bring this case back to the EDA in May to begin scoping what we are looking for (what is the foundation of our strategy for selling city owned land/ marketing The COR?).
