Receive Update on Riverstone Addition Preliminary Plat; Case of Capstone Homes

↵The purpose of this case is to receive an update on the Preliminary Plat for Riverstone Addition reviewed by the Planning Commission at the May 4, 2017 Regular Meeting. The Preliminary Plat is expected to be considered by the City Council on Tuesday, June 13. The following items have been discussed in more detail since Planning Commission Review.

The City Council directed Staff to allow a partial credit to Park Dedication for the area to be known as Pearson Park (neighborhood/mini-park) through an interim parks policy deviation, capped at $275,000. Full credit for the Lake Itasca Greenway was directed as well. Details will be finalized in the Preliminary and Final Plat stages. Framework for Park Dedication and Trail Development Fee credit is estimated at $455,000.
