Title:
Public Hearing: Liquor license Request for Penalty Box Grill; Case of SM Enterprises (Canceled)
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: The purpose of this case was to conduct a public hearing for a liquor license request of SM Enterprises, d/b/a Penalty Box Grill. A public hearing notice was published in the City's official newspaper Anoka County UnionHerald. However, the applicant has temporarily withdrawn his application and no public hearing is necessary at this time. Another public hearing will be scheduled in the future when, and if, it is necessary.
Recommendation:
Staff is recommending Council cancel this public hearing.
Action:
Motion to cancel the public hearing related to the liquor license request of SM Enterprises, Penalty Box Grill. The public hearing is not necessary at this time as the applicant has temporarily withdrawn his request.
