Review Anoka County Street Name Grid
Purpose/Background:
For administrative and public safety purposes, Anoka County Street names are laid out in a grid system. As the area around The COR and Armstrong Boulevard develop, concerns have been raised about the quality of these names. Names being objected to include, but are not limited to, Llama Street, Quagga Street, Rabbit Street, Sloth Street, Tiger Street.

Staff understands the general concerns raised, but also has concerns about deviating from the grid.
Rather than trying to encapsulate in a written narrative, staff will lead an interactive discussion at the meeting.
