Title:
Adopt Resolution #17-09-244 Approving Amendment to Development Agreement for Riverstone (Project No. 17-106); Case of Capstone Homes
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to consider a request from Capstone Homes to add clarity to the Development Agreement pertaining to Park construction obligations as well as Park Dedication and Trail Development Fee Credit.
Notification:
Notification is not required for this request.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with reviewing the request are the responsibility of the Applicant.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Amendment to the Development Agreement for Riverstone as attached.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #17-09-244 approving the Amendment to Development Agreement for Riverstone.
