Title

Approve Request to Declare Surplus Property

Purpose/Background:

Staff is requesting Council declare the following property surplus and authorize sale of same:
  • 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 - VIN #1GCEK19T83Z297750 - 103,171 Miles
This vehicle was handed down to the Public Works Department from the Engineering Department some time ago and has been used as an extra vehicle for the seasonals.  It has some mechanical issues now and staff is requesting Council declare it surplus.  There will be no need for a replacement.

Recommendation:

Staff recommends Council declare the above named item as surplus and authorize sale/auction of same.

Motion to declare the following items as surplus and authorize sale/auction of same:

2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500 - VIN #1GCEK19T83Z297750 - 103,171 Miles
