Acknowledge 'Doing Business As' Name Change for Penalty Box

Purpose:  Acknowledge 'Doing business as' name change from Penalty Box to Riversbend Sports Bar & Grill.
 
Background:  SM Enterprises, doing business as The Penalty Box, at 14077 St. Francis Boulevard NW, Ramsey,  has officially and formally changed its doing business as name to Riversbend Sports Bar & Grill.  The Corporation has filed all the necessary name change paperwork with the Minnesota Secretary of State's Office.  This last step is to get the name formally changed on their liquor license.  SM Enterprises has presented the proper paperwork to the City Clerk to complete that process.  Once Council has acknowledged this DBA name change, the paperwork will be sent to the State of Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Alcohol Division.

 

Notification will be sent to the State of Minnesota Department of Public Safety, Alcohol Division.  No other notification is necessary.
