Title:
Review Draft Land Use Chapter of Comprehensive Plan
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to review a draft of the Land Use Chapter of the Comprehensive Plan and make a recommendation to the City Council. This Chapter will be an iterative review process as subsequent chapters are completed. This will not be the last time the Committee will review this chapter.
Observations/Alternatives:
Please see the attached document for specifics.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends that the Committee provide input on this draft and make recommendations to the City Council. General consensus of the Comprehensive Plan Steering Committee was to move this Chapter forward. A majority of the comments from the Committee have been incorporated into the current draft.
Action:
Provide input and recommendations on the draft chapter.
