Title
Adopt Resolution #18-026 Approving Partial Payment to North Valley, Inc. for IP 14-27 Mississippi River Trail Phase II
Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Request attached. This Pay Request reduces the retained percentage from 5% to 2%. The next pay request will be for final payment. No work remains to be completed on this project. The only thing preventing final payment from being requested at this time is the processing of final documentation, which should be complete within the next few weeks.
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to North Valley, Inc. for IP 14-27 Mississippi River Trail Phase II.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #18-026 approving partial payment to North Valley, Inc., for IP 14-27 Mississippi River Trail II in the amount of $8,155.41.
