Title:
Discussion Regarding Proposed Updates to the Personnel Policy
Purpose/Background:
The City Council met briefly during the work-session held on February 12, 2018, to discuss the Personnel Policy. The purpose of this discussion is to provide the City Council with additional information on proposed updates now that the City Attorney has completed his review of the policy and to seek feedback regarding any revisions the City Council would like to see included in the updated policy.
Sections within the policy containing substantive changes are listed below and can be found within the attached policy on the pages as noted below:
