Title:
Adopt Resolution #18-088 Approving Development Agreement for Anoka Hennepin 2nd Addition
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to approve the final Development Agreement for the new Ramsey Elementary School set to commence construction in May.
Notification:
Notification is not required.
Observations/Alternatives:
A contingency of Plat and Site Plan Approval for this project was to enter into a Development Agreement to ensure the timely construction of required site improvements (grading, paving, utilities, etc.). This is a standard step in the development process. The agreement also outlines required development fees, inspection fees, and performance/financial guarantees.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with processing the request are the responsibility of the Applicant. There are no City dollars associated with this project.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Development Agreement.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #18-088 approving a development agreement for Anoka Hennepin School District.
