Title:
Road Funding Option Discussion
Purpose/Background:
At the March 27 and April 24 work sessions, City Council was presented with draft scenarios of possible future debt for the next 10 years which included funding for roads, capital equipment and a public works campus. Staff also presented the net debt impact if road related debt was removed and funding could be obtained elsewhere: franchise fees, MSA funds, etc.
Staff would like to examine the possibilities of other road funding opportunities and would like to create a next step timeframe.
