Title:
Adopt Resolution #18-108 Approving Development Agreement for Affinity at Ramsey; Case of Inland Group
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to consider a Development Agreement for the Affinity at Ramsey project. This was a contingency of site plan approval, and is a standard component of any development project. The Development Agreement sets in writing the conditions in which the City is approving a development project, including Development Fees, Financial Securities, and ensures the timely completion of required improvements.
Notification:
Notification is not required for this step.
Observations/Alternatives:
Specific provisions of the Development Agreement are included in the attached document.
Funding Source:
The Applicant is responsible for all costs associated with processing the Development Agreement.
?The overall project involves the sale of City-Owned property and includes a Tax Increment Financing Agreement related to funding of the required public infrastructure (roads, utilities, etc.).

Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Development Agreement.
