Title
Adopt Resolution #18-129 Approving Amendment to the Northwestern Anoka County Community Consortium (NWACCC) Joint Powers Agreement
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: To approve an amendment to the NWACCC Youth First Joint Powers Agreement.
Background: The City is a part of the Joint Powers Agreement for the NWACCCC, along with the Cities of Andover and Anoka, Anoka County, and Independent School District No. 11. The amendment attached to this case for Council approval adds the City of Coon Rapids as a part of the consortium. Also attached is a resolution for Council consideration which approves the amendment of the joint powers agreement.
