Title:
Adopt Resolution #18-132 Granting Final Plat Approval for Riverstone 2nd Addition; Case of Capstone Homes
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to consider a Final Plat for Riverstone 2nd Addition, the second phase of an overall 293 lot residential subdivision.
Notification:
Notification is not required for this step, but was provided due to the parallel Preliminary Plat.
Observations/Alternatives:
Specific details are included in the Staff Review Letter. Please note that it would be appropriate to approve this phase regardless of the outcome of the Preliminary Plat (master plan) from the previous case.
Funding Source:
All costs associated with processing the request are the responsibility of the Applicant. There are no City funds associated with this current request (it is noted that the City previously participated in the cost of upgrading infrastructure for Puma Street to facilitate this and other adjacent projects).
Recommendation:
Staff recommends approval of the Final Plat as proposed by Capstone Homes (Riverstone Land, LLC).
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #18-132 approving the Final Plat for Riverstone 2nd Addition.
