Background:
Details regarding this minor subdivision and site plan are contained in the attached Planning Commission Case and packet. As the Park and Recreation Commission had made a Park Dedication and Trail Fee recommendation previously, on this same site, for this same land use, staff routed this matter directly to the Planning Commission with the logical park and trail fee requirements (included in the attachment). Therefore, no action required as this case is informational.
