Title:
City Maintenance of RALF Properties.
Background:
With the City acquiring Right-of-way Acquisition Loan Fund (RALF) properties there are additional maintenace costs in the upkeep of these buildings such as painting and lawn care.
Staff is currently looking at contracting the painting of the office (front) section of the NAU building and Midwest Car Care building and lawn maintenance of the NAU building. These services would be paid with the rental revenue received on the properties. Painting of the buildings is not required within the contract terms of either property, nor is lawn care for areas outside of the cold storage area of the NAU site. A copy of the proposed contracts for each site and service is attached.

Discussion of City required maintenance of RALF properties and authorize staff to select vendor or vendors for contracted services pertaining to lawn maintenance and painting.
