Purpose/Background:
Resolution and Pay Request Attached.
Recommendation:
The Senior Engineering Technician has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC for Improvement Project 18-05, Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street Improvements, in the amount of $517,753.91.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #18-242 authorizing partial payment to Douglas-Kerr Underground, LLC for Improvement Project 18-05, Bunker Lake Boulevard and Puma Street Improvements, in the amount of $517,753.91.
