Title:
Schedule Council/Staff Strategic Planning Session
Purpose/Background:
Purpose: The purpose of this case is to schedule a date for a Council/Staff Strategic Planning Session and to determine the format for such a session(s).
Background: An annual Council/Staff strategic planning session held every year, usually withing the first month or two of the new year. The time is used mainly for goal setting. Staff would like to have discussion with Council regarding when the planning session will be held as well as the format. In most recent years, staff has facilitated the session which has been scheduled for one evening.
