Title
Adopt Resolution #19-051 Approving Extension of Code Enforcement Actions at 14760 Bowers Drive
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to formally extend the timeline for code enforcement actions through the end of May 2019 at 14760 Bowers Drive NW (the "Subject Property"). Staff has not received a formal request from the homeowner, but believes due to the number of improvements necessary on the Subject Property and the recent deep freeze, an extension is reasonable. The attached resolution outlines the code violations on the Subject Property.

Notification is not required.
Funding Source:
Staff handles code enforcement as part of regular duties.
