Title:
Purpose/Background:
On June 17, 2019 at 1200 hrs the Ramsey Police Chief administratively suspended the Therapeutic Massage Establishment license to operate for Oasis Massage LLC, conducting business at 14037 St. Francis Blvd Nw, Ramsey, MN.
This temporary suspension of the license is pursuant to the authority granted to city officials in section 26-838 of Ramsey City Ordinances. There are pending criminal charges on employees of the business. On June 17, 2019 Chief Katers learned of sufficient evidence of violations of City Ordinance 34-163 - Lewd conduct prohibited, to temporarily suspend the operating license.

Observations/Alternatives:
The purpose of this case for city council to affirm and continue the suspension of the license, or to vacate that suspension.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends continuing the suspension of Therapeutic Massage Establishment License for Oasis Massage, LLC.
Action:
Motion to temporary suspend the Therapeutic Massage Establishment license of Oasis Massage, LLC, conducting business at14037 St. Francis Blvd NW, Ramsey, MN, pursuant to section 26-838 of the Ramsey City Ordinance.
