Title:
Adopt Resolution #19-147 Approving Metes and Bounds Subdivision for COR Infiltration Pond
Purpose/Background:
As part of the process to acquire land necessary for The COR Infiltration Basin, property lines must be adjusted to match the Purchase Agreement with PSD, LLC in order to officially acquire said land. This case simply approves the legal description so that Staff may execute the necessary Deeds for transfer of real property. This is being done in lieu of a plat/subdivision, as any developable land will need to be replatted in the future anyway.

Funding Source:
This case is being handled as part of normal Staff duties.
Recommendation:
Staff recommends adopting the resolution approving legal descriptions.
Action:
Motion to adopt Resolution #19-147 approving legal descriptions of transfer of real property related to The COR Infiltration Basis.
