Recommendation:
The Engineering Technician II has inspected the completed work and recommends partial payment #2 to Asphalt Surface Technologies (ASTECH) for Improvement Project #19-01, Ford Brook Estates Street Reconstructions, in the amount of $112,262.17.
Action:
