Title
Adopt Resolution #19-250 Rescinding Resolution #19-222
Purpose/Background:
The purpose of this case is to rescind a resolution that was intended to be pulled from the September 24, 2019 City Council consent agenda but was adopted by mistake. City Staff would like additional time to work with the property owner (JAC Auto) on a reasonable timeframe for cleanup at 6336 Highway 10 NW. The property owner has been receptive to Staff's request for a meeting, and City Staff has a meeting scheduled on October 3, 2019 to discuss cleanup with the property owner. City Staff will be back with a new resolution for clean up within thirty (30) days of the date of this meeting.

Funding Source:
Staff handles Code Enforcement as part of normal duties.
