Title:
Receive Update on Riverdale Drive Development Initiated Expansion and Safety Improvement Project
Purpose/Background:
At the February 11, 2020 Joint Work Session between the Planning Commission and City Council, it was discussed bringing this project forward for a more detailed analysis of funding sources. Based on preliminary funding analysis and several items yet to be confirmed, the Developer (Capstone Homes) and the City mutually agreed to postpone this discussion until the March Public Works at the earliest.
