CANCELED: Adopt Resolution #20-058 Related to Garden View Villas (Project No. 19-136)
Purpose/Background:
At the request of the Developer, this case has been withdrawn. Staff expects a revised proposal/project to be forwarded, which will have to start at the beginning of the process.

Action:
No action is being requested at this time. The project has been withdrawn. A revised proposal is expected, but will need to follow standard processes and notification procedures.
