Title:
Consider Tour of Metro Area Mixed-Use Projects and Key Amenities
Background:
Members of the HRA have discussed utilizing the evening of September 6th to tour several mixed use and key amenity sites around the metro area. If there is consensus that this is the desire of the HRA, staff will make arrangements for the tour and determine sites to visit.
Suggested sites thus far include:
Como Park Playground
West End - St. Louis Park
Excelsior Grand - St. Louis Park
Centennial Lakes - Edina
Recommendation:
Direct staff regarding scheduling the tour.
Funding Source:
HRA budget for travel.
Council Action:
Direct staff regarding scheduling the tour.
